Howland current pump. Voltage to current convertor. 0-5V input to drive up to 0.7A output at 0-18V. 18V supply. Used for thermoelectric cooler driver, laser diode pump driver, valve/actuator driver, synchro/servo driver, transducer excitation, general linear power booster for op amps.
